To any ordained Minister of the Gospel, or to any justice of the Peace, legally authorized according to law, to celebrate MARRIAGES WITHIN THE SAME PLACE. – GREETINGS –

You are hereby authorized and fully empowered to unite in the Bonds of Matrimony, and Holy Wedlock, Mr. William J. Autrey and Miss Mira Moore agreeable to Law and the usual forms and ceremonies of the State of Louisiana, in the presence of at least three male witnesses, residing within the said Parish, ; and that you certify the same, signed by the parties and the witnesses, with your official signature, and the due return thereof make to this office within thirty days from this date.
